Aims: To develop the skills, knowledge and competence of those delivering training to increase business performance through professional training.

Method: Highly participative using information transference, group discussion and video taped practical presentation. The emphasis is on enhanced knowledge, understanding and skills development gained through discussion, exchange of views and practical presentations.
